Accessibility is important to us at Musgrave. We aim to empower everyday convenience through our customer experience and operational efficiency. Central to this mission is our commitment to creating inclusive digital products that can be used by everyone.
Our commitment
• We are committed to providing digital platforms that are accessible to the widest possible audience and we are actively working to increase the usability of our products.
• To support accessibility, we have taken a variety of actions including:
• We have audited our customer websites and apps for technical compliance with an external agency and will continue to audit websites and apps periodically going forward
• We have posted Accessibility Statements on each customer website and app audited which calls out key areas we need to address to improve accessibility
• We are working with our internal UX, digital and IT teams and external IT vendors to address key issues identified on our websites and apps on an ongoing basis
• We have audited key digital products in our retail stores for technical compliance with an external agency and have engaged with our vendors in terms of accessibility enhancement options available
• We provide training for our employees and retail staff and hire specialists to support our commitment
Level of accessibility
We are dedicated to making our digital products accessible to everyone. To further enhance the user experience, we are actively working on the following improvements:
• Ensuring that all screens are navigable using the keyboard alone
• Providing text descriptions for images to improve understanding
• Enhancing colour contrast for better readability
• Structuring heading elements for logical navigation
• Optimising text and layout to maintain clarity and usability when zoomed in

We welcome feedback on our accessibility efforts and encourage individuals to reach out to us with any questions, concerns or suggestions.
