Trading Managers Assistant - Home Baking
Reporting to the Trading Manager the successful applicant will be:
- Providing administrative support to the Trading Manager in the day to day running of the portfolio.
- Liaising with Suppliers for your portfolio and with the wider trading team to ensure clear communication around projects and frequent deadlines.
- Supporting the TM on cross functional initiatives which require strong organisational skills, a team work approach and a passion for food.
- Responsibility for maintaining accurate and up to date reports using Excel and strong numerical skills.
- Working on own initiative with autonomy and as a part of the wider Trading team on a varied workload.

- Strong customer service orientation coupled with excellent administrative, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Competency in PC packages (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience in using in-house databases is desirable.
- Previous experience in Trading/Purchasing, Sales or Supply Chain is essential for this role
- Strong numerical skills
- Planning and organising skills and an ability to meet deadlines
