HR Business Partner - Company Owned Stores

We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Business Partner to join our team established team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the provision of an exceptional HR service for up to 15 Company Owned (SuperValu and Centra) stores across Northern Ireland, which continues to expand. You will be adding value, delivering best practice and statutory compliance, and proactively implementing the people strategy in line with the business objectives.
The role will be responsible for the management of human resource activities within Company Owned stores. The role could suit an established HR Manager looking a new challenge or a senior HR Officer looking for their next career move.
This is a full-time position 37.5 hours per week. The standard working week is Monday to Thursday 9-1730 and Friday 9-1615. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as part of the demands of the role.
