General Assistants required various hours available, must be flexible to work weekends
The Successful candidates will be responsible for the provision of an effective, efficient and flexible service to all customers and colleagues.
The role will primarily involve cash handling, customer service, checkout operations & car parking duties. Merchandising & display and general housekeeping duties will also form part of the role.
The ideal candidate will have/be:
All applicants will essentially have a minimum of 6 months experience in a busy retail/ food retail/ wholesale environment
Cash handling experience is advantagous
The successful candidate will have the skills to communicate effectively, have the ability to work to deadlines, work well on own initiative within a team driven environment and maintain a confident, enthusiastic, and approachable manner whilst maintaining a high standard of Customer Service
The successful candidates must be available to work Saturday and Sunday
The job requires a high degree of physical fitness in order handle large and heavy cases of produce
