Customer Service Manager

General Assistants required, 20 hour flex contracts, must be flexible to work shifts Monday - Sunday.
The Successful candidates will be responsible for the provision of an effective, efficient and flexible service to all customers and colleagues.
The role will primarily involve cash handling, customer service, checkout operations & car parking duties. Merchandising & display and general housekeeping duties will also form part of the role.

The successful candidate will have the skills to communicate effectively, have the ability to work to deadlines, work well on own initiative within a team driven environment and maintain a confident, enthusiastic, and approachable manner whilst maintaining a high standard of Customer Service.
Previous experience in a busy retail/ food retail/ wholesale environment and cash handling experience advantageous.
