We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join our Ethnic Telesales team.

This role reports to the Customer Service Team Lead in our Contact Centre in Ballymun. The hours per week are:

Sunday and Monday 2pm to 10.30pm

Wednesday 3pm to 8.30pm

Remote working is available for this role too.

Purpose of the Role

To actively promote and market the Musgrave product range to new and existing customers. To ensure customer retention and business growth through the provision of exceptional customer service.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Work closely with the field-based Business Development Manager to increase range, manage profit and meet sales targets for a designated customer base.

  • Working from a call list, make regular outbound calls to customers to up-sell and cross-sell products from the extensive Musgrave range
  • Liaise with the supply chain and transport teams to promptly resolve any customer issues
  • Manage delivery size and frequency to ensure efficient use of supply-chain and transport resource

Experience

  • Fluent Cantonese and Mandarin required.
  • Previous sales / customer service experience (FMCG desirable)
  • Target-focused with a strong drive to succeed
  • Customer-focused with a high attention to detail
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Educated to Third Level
  • PC Skills
