By sharpening our offer and simplifying operations, we delivered Group sales of €4.5 billion in 2011, with sales from our retail brands of €6.6 billion,  up 1.4 per cent.

We have expanded fresh food lines across all our brands because shoppers told us they were cooking more from scratch, eating more healthily and because of a trend towards more frequent shopping trips during the week.
