Musgrave’s Logistics Team was the proud winner in two categories at the seventh annual Irish Logistics & Transport Awards on 7th April 2016, being awarded both the Logistics & Transport Team of the Year and the Heavey RF Supply Chain Achievement Award for the Allied Logistics Integration.

At the event the cream of Ireland’s logistics and transport industry was recognised and celebrated in front of an audience of close to 500 industry professionals. Hosted by the well-known Irish comedian Colm O’Regan, 21 prestigious trophies were presented to the very best leaders, organisations and teams within the industry following selection by an independent panel of recognised and expert Judges, representing Ireland’s logistics and transport sector.

The awards are one of the highlights of the logistics and transport sector in Ireland and it was another winning occasion for the Musgrave Logistics team who now can add to their awards cabinet.

“I would like to congratulate the Supply Chain team for winning two awards at the Irish Logistics and Transport Awards. It is fitting that the industry chose to recognise the integration of Allied as being the Supply Chain Achievement of the year. I know that winning the title of Logistics and Transport team of the year will be a particular source of pride for the team – an accolade that is well deserved. Finally, I would like to thank the team for their ongoing commitment and the outcomes that they deliver for the business every day“, Luke Hanlon, Supply Chain Director.
